Hi All
I thought as we approach the end of the year, I would look back on 2019 and choose my infrared photo of the year. Us professional photographers can often find it difficult to choose our favourite photos and I have a large selection of infrared photography from around Scotland taken this year in both colour and black and white. It can be fairly difficult to choose. I also find it interesting that photographers nearly always choose images that are different from what the choice of their clients. This year I couldn’t make up my mind, so I have chosen 2 and you can decide. I intend to shoot more infrared photography next year, in addition to introducing it more to my corporate and event photography in Edinburgh and around Scotland, so watch this space. The two photos below are from the Isle of Mull and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and they demonstrate one of the great things about photography, which is that you can combine you professional photographer skills around Scotland with your leisure time. Watch out for a digital infrared photography collection next year, in addition to news about a book of infrared photos from Scotland.
Have a great New Year.
Regards
Colin
