Pre-visualisation and the need to determine what your photo will look like has diminished a bit in recent years with the advent of digital photography and and tethered working, however, this is different where infrared photography is concerned and in a rare day off from corporate and event photography commissions in Edinburgh, I decided to head up to Arthur Seat in the city for some infrared photography. In this case I wanted a realistic black and white infrared shot, as opposed to some of my more whacky colour stuff. With the light as it was, with some brilliant clouds in the sky, I went about visualising the end product, this also includes, particularly for infrared photography, visualising the post production editing you are going to do. Hopefully I manged to pull it off, let me know what you think
