The strange thing about being a professional photographer is that nobody other than other professional photographers understand about how you allocate your time. I often hear people say, “it’s a great day you should be out there taking photographs”, or “I bet you get lots of landscape images living by the sea” To tell the truth, I tend to take more landscape photos in the winter for a variety of reasons. Firstly I am a professional corporate event photographer from Scotland and I mostly operate outdoors, which means I am very busy with sports and events from March – October. This means I have time to concentrate on selling my landscape and infrared photography in the winter, more importantly, I have time to actually take the photos, like the one in this blog. I also prefer going to landscape locations when they are quieter and finally, you don’t have to 9.30 pm to get a sunset.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the photo. I got wet later on after shooting teh waves.
