Keep an eye on the website for some fresh content showcasing my infrared photographs from around Scotland. At a recent photoshoot, I took a range of infrared photographs from Glasgow and these will appear on the site soon. Watch this space. In the meantime, here are a few of the infrared photos from Scotland’s largest city, the best in my opinion for infrared photography, due to the architecture and drama of the city.  It was a stormy day but just ideal for infrared photography.  I had similar weather at a wedding photography commission in Perth last month but thankfully the storm was temporary and we could delay the photos until it settled.  I learned as a landscape and infrared photographer in Scotland, that patience is everything and this was certainly the case on Sunday in Glasgow with the weather changing every 10 minutes.  However, it was ideal for infrared to display good contrast and cloudy skies, even if I did get soaked.  So next week I will be off to do some conference photography in Edinburgh and then for wedding photography in Glasgow.  So watch this space for more infrared and event photos from around Scotland. www.colinwrightphotography.co.uk and www.edinburghphotographer.com  Kind Regards  Colin

Colin Wright is a freelance corporate event photographer from Edinburgh, currently based in Kirkintilloch near Glasgow. Colin specialises in conference and corporate event commissions in Edinburgh and other areas throughout Scotland and the UK. Colin is a qualified and experienced freelance photographer, who has several years experience in newspaper and PR photography, particularly for Johnston Press publications. In addition to supplying national publications with PR photography in Edinburgh and Glasgow on a regular basis. commercial photographer Colin is also a regular event photographer in Edinburgh and Lothian for Supercar event companies, who organise motor sport and other extreme sport events throughout the UK. Colin Wright Photography also do interior and architecture photography commissions in Edinburgh, Glasgow and throughout Scotland. In addition, Colin has supplied a number of magazines and publications with architecture, landscape and Infrared images.

In addition to professional event photography in Edinburgh, Colin also participates in a number of infrared photography forums throughout the world and he is in the process of developing a long term project entitled "Infrared Photography in Scotland."
