Getting back to Some Kind of Normality for Professional photographers in Scotland

As we approach a new normality, with things starting to move again and some professional photography commissions starting, this is the time to introduce new ways of working and to try and kick start our businesses.  As a corporate event photographer working in Edinburgh and around Scotland, things may still take a bit longer, but PR commissions and some outdoor sports are starting again, there is certainly an opportunity for this type of photography to commence, as photographers can keep their distance at these type of events, especially motor sports and football for example.  I am doing a website commission in East Lothian and hope to get some supercar events soon, also there will also be continuing opportunities for me to further my infrared photography project, with an infrared book coming out later in the year.  So,although things had stalled, its kind of all go now.

In addition, Colin is a specialist infrared photographer, supplying hotels and businesses with bespoke fine art images from around Scotland. In addition to professional event photography in Edinburgh, Colin also participates in a number of infrared photography forums throughout the world and he is in the process of developing a long term project entitled "Infrared Photography in Scotland."
