Corporate and Event Photography in Re-starts in Scotland

Good to get back to some motor sport event photography at East Fortune, Scotland with PSR Automotive earlier this week.  As a professional corporate and event photographer operating around Edinburgh and Scotland, this has been a very difficult time but at least there is a likelihood that things are starting to get a bit better.  I had a supercar event at East Fortune and although it took me a while to get going, it was great to get back to some sort of normality.  We all had to do the track and trace contact details thing, which is fine and the event was run very well and in a safe manner for the customers and staff.  I even think the drivers look kind of cool with their masks on in the cars.  The weather was also great, although I expect it to get much colder for the reamining events this year.  Great to get back and the importance of taking photographs for the good of your mental health can never be underestimated.  Even during the darkest of times at the lockdown, photography has kept me going, that and music and reading.  So long may it continue.  Next event in October and one in November, with some bungee jumping photography also in October.

In addition to professional event photography in Edinburgh, Colin also participates in a number of infrared photography forums throughout the world and he is in the process of developing a long term project entitled "Infrared Photography in Scotland."
