As a professional photographer in Scotland, as part of my infrared photography in Scotland journey, I have been photographing Edinburgh and Glasgow fairly extensively, these two photos were taken within 24 hours and demonstrate the versatility of these two cities and of the infrared genre in general ie the ability to produce surreal imagery and also realistic black and white. Edinburgh has great old world architecture and is a coastal city with a crowded vibrant city centre, whilst Glasgow has the dominant Clyde running through it, although born in Edinburgh, I think I prefer the realism of Glasgow and the Clyde always fascinates me every time I am on a corporate or event photoshoot (this time I was photographing bungee jumpers at the Transport Museum in the City). Anyway, more to come, including some infrared images from Dundee in the near future.

Until next time.
Kind Regards Colin
